2024 Vietnam Packaging and Printing exhibition, Huazhu company will bring the company's latest fullvacuum tansfer HD 5+1 (HD ink printer dryer die-cutter machine) officially debuted, this exhibition we will show 150-200 pieces of high-speed production and comparable offset printing HD effect.There are totally 12 groups and whole machine is intelligent by servo controll.The feeding department adopts to servo non pressure leading edge feeder, which is zero damage to the cardboard.Printing departments are all vacuum transfer with 5 sets of ceramic rollers and 5 sets of doctor blades equipped and has centralized lubrication device.The machine has 4 independent large drying parts(Two infrared drying, two fan drying) ,each group of printing also has a small drying department .Both can achieve high productivity while saving energy .The die cutter department is controlled by 10 servos that can achieve one key to change orders .
