Specification
1. A complete corrugating board production line includes the following machines: millroll stand, pre-heater, splicer, single facer, over bridge, multi-pre-heater, and gluemachine, double baker, slitter scorer, cutoff, stacker, and ect.
2. Raw paper roll is fed to the roll stand, after heated and moisture adjusted by thePre-heater, raw paper will go to single facer, corrugated byit, and gluingtogether with another raw paper to become single faced corrugating paper, thenconveyed through the over bridge, re-heated by multi-pre-heater, after glued by gluemachine, jointed by the double backer, continuous corrugating board comes out.
3. After slitting and scorring by slitter scorer and transverse cutting by cutoff, corrugatingboard with different sizes are produced. At last, these different sizes corrugatingboard will be stacked, calculated and than send out by the stacker.
4. Heating way: steam heating.
