The FlexiCon series printing presses for 350mm and 460mm, up to 12 printing units are configured for a variety of applications, including self-adhesive labels, wrap labels, shrink sleeves, lids, tags and tickets, IML, lamintedtube, wet-glue labels, and multi-layer labels.
The speed range of 10 to 150 m/min. It is suitable for various materials including self-adhesive stock, paper, PET, BOPP, PVC, glossy paper (60 to 100 g.), unsupported film (20 microns), and more.
Each printing unit utilizes 3 independent servo motors, ensuring precise material tension control and perfect printing registration.
The fully automatic operation is facilitated by Ether Cat motion control from Germany's Beck Hoff, ensuring high-accuracy registration.It offers intuitive use to enhance daily operations and press uptime. It promises cost-effective operations, high-quality printing results.
