VietnamPrintPack 2025 successfully concluded with a total of 20,052 professional visitors

The 23rd Vietnam International Printing & Packaging Industry Exhibition (VietnamPrintPack 2025) concluded successfully after four vibrant days from 10 – 13 September 2025 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC). The show gathered 300 exhibitors and attracted 20,052 professional visitors from 45 countries and regions. The exhibition was filled with a positive atmosphere, dynamic business interactions, and forward-looking discussions that reflected the strong momentum and bright future of the printing and packaging industry.

Sustainable Development

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Vo Hong Son, Head of the Southern Representative Office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, who delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony. He highlighted the vital role of the printing and packaging industry in the production and consumption supply chain, noting that it not only enhances the competitiveness of Vietnamese products but also supports sustainable development.

 

Mr. Vo emphasized that the expo provides a valuable platform for businesses to explore the latest technological and practical solutions, helping the industry meet growing market demands while advancing toward sustainability.


VietnamPrintPack 2025 once again proved to be a one-stop platform for both local and international industry players to discover the latest trends and innovations in the printing and packaging sectors. Occupying 16,000 square meters of exhibition space, the event showcased the robust participation of both global buyers and suppliers. Innovation was a key highlight, as exhibitors showcased advanced printing and packaging technologies, sustainable materials, and practical production solutions. Many visitors successfully connected with suppliers and found the right solutions to meet their business needs.

Renowned exhibitors from both local and international markets expressed their satisfaction with the high-quality meetings and productive networking opportunities at the event. They recognized Vietnam as a dynamic and promising market with diverse customer demand. Many exhibitors successfully expanded their business connections and shared valuable insights gained through meaningful exchanges with industry professionals.

 

▪ Ricoh Vietnam Company Limited: We believe Ho Chi Minh City is one of the most dynamic printing markets in Vietnam, with both professional print-for-pay and commercial printing customers. This is why Ricoh Vietnam show up in VietnamPrintPack Ho Chi Minh as well.

 

▪ Frimpeks: Ho Chi Minh City, being the commercial capital of Vietnam, plays a central role in this growth, which is why we chose to focus here. This is our first time participating in this event, and we find it very well organized and professional, so we are truly glad to be here

 

▪ Arizon RFID Technology Co.,Ltd: This is our first time participating in this exhibition, and we find it excellent. It covers a wide range of products related to printing and packaging, attracts many customers, and brings us new opportunities to meet various customer requirements.

 

▪ Yo Den Enterprises Co., Ltd: This is our first time participating in VietnamPrintPack. We see Vietnam’s domestic market as rapidly growing, with rising customer demand. Ho Chi Minh City offers great potential, and we aim to expand our market presence here by providing more advanced machinery solutions for the printing and packaging industry.

 

▪ Viet Thanh Viet Nam Co.,Ltd: VietnamPrintPack 2025 is always a highly specialized exhibition for the label printing industry, particularly roll-to-roll label printing. It provides us with the chance to meet familiar customers, exchange and share the latest technologies, as well as connect with new clients.

 

▪ Công ty CP Đầu tư Quốc tế Khải Vương: Ho Chi Minh City is a rapidly growing metropolis and a highly promising market that continues to attract many foreign investors. We have participated in VietnamPrintPack many times, and each year brings a new experience, especially in 2025. Despite global and domestic economic challenges, we continue to see sustainable growth in the carton packaging sector.

 

▪ APP Pack: We provide the paperboard material that can be made into packaging, such as what we are displaying here at VietnamPrintPack. This is our very first time exhibiting in Vietnam, and as I mentioned, we are expanding our market into Vietnam.

 

VPPNEXT: Innovation Zone

This year, VietnamPrintPack introduced the brand-new VPPNEXT Innovation Zone, showcasing leading global and local companies such as Tetra Pak Vietnam, Duy Tân Recycling, BUYO Bioplastics, Green Transition, Turn Green, VECA, BOTOL Vietnam, VisingPack, and Q Green. The zone served as a dynamic hub where visitors connected with exhibitors, exchanged innovative ideas, and explored cutting-edge sustainable packaging solutions. It also offered hands-on insights into eco-friendly operations and the latest green manufacturing trends shaping the industry.


As one of the exhibitors, Tetra Pak noted that the exhibition offered valuable opportunities to share innovations and discuss sustainability goals.

 

"We have been working closely with our suppliers to reduce the impact of purchased raw materials, with a goal of achieving a 50% reduction by 2030. Innovation is in our DNA, and sustainability is one of our top priorities. That’s why VPPNEXT, as a platform to accelerate innovation for sustainability, is a perfect fit for us." Tetra Pak stated.

Strengthening Industry Capabilities

The VPPNEXT Zone hosted an engaging seminar on 11th September 2025, titled “PRINTPACK REINVENTED: Capital, Compliance & Circularity.” The session addressed key issues in the ASEAN printing and packaging supply chain, including how companies are reducing environmental impact, strengthening supply chain resilience, and localizing production to meet regional and global sustainability standards. It also emphasized the collaborative role of government, industry, and financial institutions in driving the sector’s green transformation.

 

Participants included representatives from the Department of Debt Management and Foreign Economic Relations under the Ministry of Finance, Evonik Vietnam, Visingpack, the World Bank Group, Tetra Pak, Turn Green, Duy Tân Recycling, BUYO Solutions, and Green Transition.


On 12th September 2025, the Vietnam Packaging Association hosted a seminar session focusing on Technology Innovation in the Printing & Packaging Industry: Smart and Sustainable Future. The session discussed how industry practices strengthened and streamlined supply chains, implemented smart solutions for smart factories, and enabled businesses to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and increase flexibility, driving the industry toward digital transformation.

 

Featured speakers included experts from Rieckermann Vietnam, TECHPRO Technology Development Joint Stock Company, OBST Vietnam Co., Ltd., and ePS Packaging.

Additionally, on the afternoon of 12th September 2025, the Vietnam Printing Association hosted a high-level seminar titled “Developing Vietnam’s Paper Packaging Printing Industry for the 2025–2030 Period.” The discussion provided participants with a comprehensive understanding by integrating in-depth insights from various industry departments and experts. Attendees gained knowledge on emerging materials, sustainable solutions, innovative design strategies that meet evolving consumer demands and digital commerce trends, as well as smart factory operations.

Key speakers were specialists from Intbox Company, the Science and Technology Department, the Vietnam Printing Association, and the PrintMedia Vietnam Academy.

The seminars at VietnamPrintPack 2025 underscored the industry’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation, providing attendees with valuable insights and practical strategies to strengthen capabilities and drive future growth in the printing and packaging sector.

The Hub for Printing & Packaging Evolution

The 24th Vietnam International Printing & Packaging Industry Exhibition 2026 is scheduled to take place from 16–19 September 2026.
