Water based gloss varnish

Appearance: Milky white liquid. Viscosity: 45-50s ( coating- 4 cups, 25℃). Solid content: 40-42(Wt%). Gloss: 55-65 (photometer, 60° angle). Rub Resistance: ?600 times, Good (A4 paper friction, 4 psi).
PH：6.5-8.5. Smoothness (face-to-face): 16-21 degree. Anti-adhesion (face to face): General (50 ℃, 80% humidity, 24 hours). Dilution: Use water or a mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol to reduce viscosity.
Wet film weight: Recommend 6 grams/square meter or more for high wear resistance and good gloss. Drying: The hot air temperature set by the infrared device should be 80-135°C. Applicable ink: Suitable for most inks on the market, but the ink should be pre-tested before use, and the wax in the ink should be limited to polyethylene wax. Cleaning: Clean water or clean water plus detergent or low-concentration ammonia.
