XH-66WY/K75WY is a kind of high-performance and high-temperature cooking-resistant two-component reactive polyurethane dry composite adhesive, which is carefully developed by using advanced process formula, synthetic technology and high-quality raw materials. It is suitable for high-temperature cooking, sterilization and disinfection of various plastic films and aluminum foil outer composite structures at 121℃ for 30 minutes.
(1) Aluminum foil has excellent cooking heat resistance.
(2)It has good cooking resistance and boiling resistance, and the product can withstand 121℃ and high-temperature cooking and sterilization for 30 minutes.
(3)Good initial adhesion and bonding strength, inhibit the tunnel phenomenon.
(4)The glue solution has good frost resistance, strong operability, good wetting and leveling performance, and is suitable for high and medium speed coating and compounding.
(5)It has good adhesion to a variety of film substrates and medium resistance.
