Description
1.Machine is an automatic equipment developed for the paper can packaging process. It integrates hemming forming, bottom gluing and precisefilm placing. It is suitable for large-scale production of paper cans such as tea cans, mosquito-repellentincense boxes and food packaging cans.
2. High degree of automation, connection and independent production, saving manpower. Hemming forming: crimp the paper can mouth through mechanical cam or servo system to ensure the smoothedge without burrs. Glue application at the bottom: hot melt adhesive or water-soluble adhesive is used, and the adhesive amount is accurately controlled by multiple nozzles to realize the adhesion between the negativefilm and the tank. Installation of negative film: automatic release of negative film and precise placement with the positioning system
3. Object of operation: Diameter: 50-150 mm; Height: 30-350mm (rolling height);Thickness: 0.8-1.8mm
