Description
The upper and lower knife design can cut 2 sizes at the same time. The upper and lower knives are cut by separate servo motors
Cutting length: 500mm-9999mm, cutting accuracy ±1mm (at constant speed)
999-order storage with automatic order switching without shutdown
Cutting unit mainly consists of externally rotating helical blade roller to reduce cutting impact
High-performance control system equipped with order data, machine status, and product data
Compatible with any production management system for communication control
Feeding unit mainly consists of cardboard support platform with independent feed rollers and speed measurement mechanism
Discharge unit adopts belt pressing strip device to ensure stable stacking throughout cutting-to-discharge process
