The thermoforming process involves the heating of a plastic sheet until it becomes soft and malleable. Subsequently, the softened sheet is molded into a specific shape using a mold. In this packaging technique, the item to be packaged is positioned on the bottom film, and the top film is then lowered over it. Following this, air is extracted from the package, and the top film is sealed to the bottom film, resulting in the creation of a vacuum-sealed package.
