The YDH-FJ370-4K Automatic Label Inspection Machine is a modern quality inspection solution designed for the label printing industry, featuring a fully automatic servo-driven operating system. The machine reaches an inspection speed of up to 200 m/min and is equipped with a high-resolution DALSA 4K color camera, enabling accurate detection of defects such as missing print, color deviation, misregistration, incorrect codes, duplicate codes, and unreadable codes. The system supports high-precision inspection of various code types, including 1D barcodes, QR Codes, and DataMatrix codes.
