LH-1050DS, adds stripping function on the basis of LONGHUA automatic embossing machine. It realizes one time paper feeding, die cutting/embossing , stripping, delivery. Up to 580 tons of pressure, coupled with 12 independent heating temperature zones, makes the processes of heat embossing, heat male and female embossing and heat indentation to be done easily, which is the prefect combination of temperature and pressure. The maximum thickness of 16 cm machine wall and other reinforcement parts of the machine , makes the process of embossing stable matchless, which keep the machine precision in a high level and also ensure the safety of the operator.
