R/bak air cushion liners have excellent compressibility because the R/bak material is made of polyurethane material with countless uniformly open microporous structures through a special. This interconnected microporous structure does not trap air when compressed, allowing it to absorb the applied pressure, and it quickly and naturally rebounds to its original state when the pressure is released. Using Rbak air cushion liners provides consistent printing pressure for corrugated printing.
Functions of R/bak liners:
· Reduce printing point and surface pressure, effectively controlling dot gain;
· plate deformation and extend plate life;
· Provide a unique compensation effect for plates with excessive runout;
· Offer good printability for low-quality corrugated boards and prevent board;
· Allow for higher printing speeds;
