The MHK-FC model is a specialized die-cutting machine for corrugated board with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 9 mm, capable of handling warped corrugated sheets smoothly. This model features fully automatic lead-stripping and waste-ejection functions. Once the finished products exit the machine, they can move directly to the gluing stage without requiring manual stripping or waste removal by workers. Note: This machine model is only suitable for large-scale carton manufacturing operations with high-volume production orders. (It is not recommended for high-volume factories that process small-quantity individual orders.) * Feeding Section - High-speed, high-precision lead-edge feeder delivers superior feeding accuracy and powerful suction without slipping, ensuring smooth transport of various corrugated board grades. - Custom polyethylene feed rollers combined with a fence-type support structure and air-cushioning guarantee smooth feeding and accurate registration for thick or warped corrugated boards. - Variable-frequency suction volume micro-adjustment adapts seamlessly to different corrugated board thicknesses from F-flute up to 5-ply. - Pneumatic side push-baffles (left and right). - Left and right baffles adjust independently or synchronously. The front sloping baffle micro-adjusts front-to-back and up-and-down to reduce weight pressure on lower sheets, enabling smoother feeding. - Left and right side-lay gauges ensure precise lateral positioning of the corrugated sheets. - Top and bottom pallet-height adjustment modifies settings based on board quality and thickness for enhanced stability during feeding. - Front baffle position micro-adjusts forward and backward to align perfectly with the gripper margin size. - Feeding step distance adjusts on the fly without stopping the machine. * Die-Cutting Section - Main machine frame, upper platen, and lower moving platen are constructed from high-strength ductile iron. - Imported 40Cr crankshaft, worm gear, and worm shaft. - Die-cutting bottom plate and chase turnover device. - Imported torque-limiting overload protector. - Complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars with positioning system; each bar features an adjustable structure. - Imported main drive chain. - Imported intermittent indexing unit. - Main drive utilizes an imported pneumatic clutch and brake unit. - Japanese SMC air-pressure detection device with low air-pressure alarm system. - Die-cutting chase and bottom plate lock pneumatically via Japanese SMC air regulators, preventing misplacement or failure to lock the upper chase and eliminating human error losses. - Centralized automatic lubrication system ensures adequate oil supply across all transmission components. - Equipped with an air storage tank to maintain stable air pressure for the entire machine. - Motorized pressure-adjustment system enables precise pressure control via the PLC touchscreen. - Die-cutting plate attaches to the chase using a nut-and-bolt system with a centerline positioning structure, enabling fast and precise plate changes. * Stripping Section (Three-Frame, Four-Side Stripping) - Utilizes a three-frame stripping mechanism. - Middle stripping plate installs via a quick centerline positioning system, allowing operators to quickly set up plates and improve job changeover efficiency. - Lead-edge (gripper margin) waste removal device. * Delivery Section - Conveyor frame for paper collection and elevation protects the corrugated surface from scratches and friction during delivery (specially designed for stacking delivery, optional). - Non-stop roller shutter auxiliary delivery device and automatic conveyor elevation frame operate alternately, counting sheet stacks and conveying them out via belts (specially designed for stacking delivery, optional). - Electronic batch counter. - Spring chain-tensioning adjustment device buffers the driven wheel after adjusting tension, significantly reducing inertia impact on gripper bar travel and maintaining balanced chain tension. - Non-stop roller shutter delivery mechanism. - High-pile delivery table features an elevating system and delivery structure that allows entire paper stacks to be wheeled out from the machine. * Electrical Section - Features a German Siemens 10.4-inch touchscreen interface. - Employs German Eaton Moeller relays and pushbuttons to ensure electrical stability and reliability. - Utilizes Japanese Omron photoelectric switches, fiber-optic sensors, encoders, and proximity sensors for precise detection and motion stability across all electrical components.
