Three sensor types so the guiding system can be matched to the material, not the other way round.
- EDS-02 ultrasonic: works on most materials, including transparent film. Not suitable for perforated or porous webs such as nonwoven.
- EDR-02 infrared: for opaque materials. Not suitable for transparent film.
- EDV-01 CCD: guides on the web edge or on a printed line or colour block, 0.1 mm accuracy.
- Detection accuracy 0.01 mm, detection range 7 mm, response time 2 ms, 40 mm opening.
- Cantilever, through-shaft and shaft-mounted brackets, plus fine-adjustment brackets for unwind and rewind positions.
