S5 series In-line flexographic printing machine

1.Utilizing the latest bus servo control technology: Each printing unit is equipped with 4 sets of motors that collaborate on-demand, including 3 sets of servo motors and 1 set of stepper motor. Among these, the 3 servo motors respectively control the anilox roller, the printing plate roller, and the water-cooled roller to ensure accurate registration during high-speed operation. The 1 set of stepper motor works in conjunction with a fully automatic visual registration system, enabling fully automated control without the need for manual intervention.
2.Adopting a new petal-shaped structure and scraper system, it improves the common drawbacks of flexographic printing machines:
