The standard treatment procedure for used solvent is manual collection and transportation to a specialized treatment plant, which comes with an expensive treatment costs, as well as potential fire & safety hazards from escaped vapour. The installation & commissioning of this Solvent Recovery Unit would form a closed loop for solvent: fresh solvent tank - cleaning equipment - recovery unit - fresh solvent tank, which would reduce the amount of top-up solvent required. In addition, distillation at -50cm Hg pressure reduces the boiling point, which results in higher efficiency. Indirect heating using thermal oil also reduces the potential of fire & safety hazards.
