• The complete machine is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with high standards for high efficiency, reliability and safety.
• The control panel is equipped with a 10.4-inch color HMI touchscreen to control all functional units with convenient operation and high precision. Each unit is additionally fitted with a 7-inch color touchscreen for easier local operation. The computer control system can store 999 regular production orders to shorten order switching time and simplify operation. An independent console touch display enables centralized control over all machine functions and supports external network connection for order transmission.
• The delivery stacker is equipped with a monitoring system. A dual-sided 42-inch color large screen mounted above the machine displays real-time data including production speed, output volume and operating status.
• Memory reset function: if the machine is opened for plate wiping or partial plate replacement during operation, it will automatically return to the original working position after being closed.
• All drive rollers are made of premium steel with hard chrome plating and precision surface grinding.
• Transmission gears are machined from 70 mm-thick high-grade steel and heat-treated to reach Rockwell hardness HRC 58–62.
• All units of the machine can be automatically coupled as an integrated system or separated for independent operation. An ongoing audible alarm activates during machine movement to protect operator safety.
• Keyless coupling rings are adopted to reduce central abrasion and maintain accurate color registration during long-term printing operations.
• The main frame wall panels are fabricated from A3 steel plate of 70 mm thickness, tempered and precision-machined on large CNC machining centers to deliver outstanding structural strength and dimensional accuracy.
• Two pairs of upper and lower cylinder locks are installed between adjacent units. All pressure roller shafts of the machine are milled with scrap discharge grooves.
• One‑click intelligent adjustment is available for the whole machine; the printing section features automatic plate alignment for faster and more accurate color registration.
