• Memory reset function: if the machine is opened for plate wiping or partial plate replacement during operation, it will automatically return to the original working position after being closed.
• All drive rollers are made of premium steel with hard chrome plating and precision surface grinding.
• Transmission gears are machined from 60 mm‑thick high‑grade steel and heat‑treated to achieve Rockwell hardness HRC 58–62.
• All machine units can run integrally or be separated independently; an audible alarm sounds continuously during equipment movement to guarantee operator safety.
• Keyless coupling rings are adopted to reduce central abrasion and ensure accurate color registration during long‑term printing.
