This equipment adopts servo pressure-free paper feeding and full-process vacuum adsorption technology, equipped with a servo control system, high-strength quenched gears and hard chrome-plated rollers, ensuring precise printing positioning and long service life. The variable-frequency vacuum fan assists paper feeding with suction, and the air volume can be adjusted according to different degrees of board curvature to ensure smooth paper supply. An absolute encoder is used for data collection, and each printing unit automatically aligns plates according to the input dimensions, enabling quick order changes. The surface of the anilox steel roller is sprayed with a ceramic coating and then laser-engraved with dots, featuring high line count, consistent dots and uniform ink transfer. Equipped with a doctor blade ink leveling system, it can meet high-precision, high-line-count printing requirements. The servo phase intelligent overprinting and automatic plate alignment function in the printing section makes plate alignment and order changes faster. The slotting section features an automatic quick order change system that automatically adjusts dimensions based on size data input from the ERP system or touch screen. The die-cutting section is equipped with imported high-quality urethane rubber and can be optionally fitted with an independent servo drive system. The whole machine supports one-click order change and an intelligent integrated workflow for printing, slotting, die-cutting and stacking operations.
