The stapling unit is equipped with servo baffles and a servo drive control system, offering fast response and uniform, accurate staple spacing. It realizes automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic stapling, automatic counting and stacking output, and is equipped with a remote control for quick and convenient adjustment. The average gluing speed is 150 meters per minute, and the stapling speed is 100–120 sheets per minute. High-speed, energy-efficient, and labor-cost saving.
