Dating back to 1985, we pioneered high-precision, high-speed flip chip technology for miniature chips and rolled out our first smart card turnkey lines in 1988. In 1995, we launched the world’s inaugural RFID Inlay Production System TAL 1500, establishing our leading role in RFID manufacturing.

Since 2004, we have evolved into a comprehensive full-line turnkey solution provider. We successively rolled out converting systems, antenna production equipment and revolutionary Direct Die Attach platforms including DDA 20000, DDA 40000 and record-breaking DDA 80000 WF, alongside APS, CL 40000 and IL 30000 series.

We continuously upgrade personalization technologies for scenarios like medical applications and released strategic roadmaps CONCEPT 2020 & CONCEPT 2023 with MB PALAMAX smart factory system. By 2025, we mark 30 years of profound RFID expertise, delivering efficient, competitive, customized full-process solutions for global clients.
