Founded in 1998, Jiangsu Wenhong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise integrating the research, development, production and sales of printing and packaging machinery.

PROCUT 105SS: High-Speed Die-Cutting and Automatic Stripping

The PROCUT 105SS is a high-speed automatic flatbed die-cutting and stripping machine developed by Jiangsu Wenhong for folding cartons, paperboard and micro-corrugated packaging.

The machine accommodates a maximum sheet size of 1,050 × 750 mm and a maximum die-cutting size of 1,040 × 730 mm. It delivers a maximum production speed of 8,500 sheets per hour, a maximum die-cutting pressure of 400 tons and die-cutting accuracy within ±0.075 mm.

It can process paper and paperboard ranging from 90 to 2,000 gsm, as well as corrugated board up to 4 mm thick. The machine is suitable for food and beverage packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, premium gift boxes and other high-quality folding-carton applications.

The PROCUT 105SS incorporates a servo-driven feeding system, non-stop feeding and delivery, a quick-lock stripping frame, a modular lower platen and a centralized human-machine interface. Coordinated control of feeding, die-cutting, stripping and delivery helps maintain stable registration and consistent production quality at high operating speeds.

For packaging converters handling increasingly diverse orders and shorter delivery schedules, the machine is designed to reduce changeover time, minimize manual intervention and increase effective equipment utilization.

Its automatic stripping system efficiently separates finished products from production waste, reducing manual cleaning requirements and delivering cleaner blanks for downstream folder-gluing processes. This supports a more continuous and efficient post-press production workflow.
