This exhibition showcases a "one-stop" paper tube and corner protection solution: The four-head CNC paper tube winding machine (LJT-4D/RD-100-4) can wind paper tubes with inner diameters ranging from 25 to 250 mm, wall thicknesses from 1 to 15 mm, and lengths from 1 to 4 meters, with a speed of 1 to 20 meters per minute. It features PLC + touch screen one-click setting, infrared length control, and dual-belt four-head synchronous winding, ensuring high roundness of the finished product. The accompanying CNC shaftless paper tube precision cutting machine/paper tube cutting machine adopts three-axis servo positioning, capable of cutting tubes with diameters from 50 to 200 mm and lengths from 2 to 3 meters (customizable), with both circular knife and saw blade modes, providing smooth and burr-free cutting surfaces. The loading, cutting, and unloading processes are completed simultaneously in three stations, and can be operated by one person. The honeycomb paperboard corner protection machine and high-speed paper corner protection production line can form L/U-shaped corner protectors from 120 to 600 g face paper in one step, with specifications ranging from 25 to 100 mm and a speed of 200 pieces per minute. It is fully computer-controlled, with high compressive strength and smooth appearance of the finished product, and can be directly integrated into the back-end automated packaging of honeycomb paperboard and corrugated boxes.
