Description
Viscosity:50-60s ( coating- 4 cups, 25℃). Solid content: 50-55(Wt%). Gloss:10-15 degrees (photometer, 60° angle) Rub Resistance: Good (face to face, 4 psi, ?200 times). PH：6.5-8.5. Smoothness (face-to-face): 17-22 degrees
Anti-adhesion (face to face): General (50 ℃, 85% humidity, 24 hours). Box stickiness: Good
Hot stamping properties: Good, but need to be tested before use. Cover the light with UV varnish： Not recommended
Proportion: 1.00-1.05. VOC：<20 g/L
Dilution: Use water or a mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol to reduce viscosity
Wet film weight: Recommend 6 grams/square meter or more for high wear resistance and good gloss
Drying: The hot air temperature set by the infrared device should be 80-135°C.
Applicable ink: Suitable for most inks on the market, but the ink should be pre-tested before use, and the wax in the ink should be limited to polyethylene wax. Freezing/dissolving: 1 cycle
