Complementary drying mechanisms to prevent "surface dryness and interior wetness": Infrared rays penetrate the coating and directly heat the inside of the ink and the substrate, causing water molecules or solvents to rapidly diffuse from the inside; Hot air carries away surface volatiles and homogenizes the temperature, avoiding the crust or solvent residue caused by traditional hot air only heating the surface.
Significant improvement in solidification efficiency: no need to preheat the furnace for a long time, reaching working temperature immediately upon startup; The curing time can be shortened to 30%~50% of traditional methods, suitable for high-speed printing production lines (such as flexographic printing up to 150m/min), significantly improving production capacity.
Ensure printing quality and accuracy: synchronous drying inside and outside reduces ink "migration" phenomenon (pigment flows with solvent), ensuring bright colors and strong adhesion; Uniform temperature distribution (temperature difference can be controlled within ± 15℃), reducing paper/film shrinkage deformation and maintaining printing accuracy.
