Equipment surface labels are mainly made of PVC, PET, PC, or self-adhesive materials. After printing graphics and parameters, they come with adhesive backing and can be directly stuck onto equipment housings or control panels for identification, parameter marking, or button instructions. These are lightweight, flexible labels, resistant to oil, common solvents, stretchable, waterproof, and moisture-proof. They can feature raised button windows and transparent viewing windows, serving both labeling and touch button functions. They are commonly used for:
- Button instructions and simple parameter markings for small appliances, small instruments, inverters, and controllers;
- Local auxiliary labeling on equipment (warning signs, wiring instructions, precautions);
- Temporary parameter labels for short-term prototypes or trial production models, and labels on curved housings;
- Equipment in indoor dry office or laboratory environments.
