PROCUT 105SS is a high-speed fully automatic die-cutting machine with stripping, engineered for precision conversion of paper, cardboard, and corrugated board in demanding packaging production environments.
Designed for stable continuous operation, it integrates a high-performance feeder and an optimized gripper bar and guide rail structure to ensure consistent sheet transport at speeds of up to 8,500 sheets per hour, with positioning accuracy within ±0.075 mm.
The machine processes materials ranging from 90 to 2,000 gsm cardboard and corrugated board up to 4 mm thickness, supported by a maximum working pressure of 400 tons, enabling reliable performance across a wide range of packaging applications.
