Silicone pads – Accurate and consistent image transfer

- Nonagraf silicone pads are manufactured from high-quality raw materials sourced from Europe. The mixing, moulding, material stabilization and final inspection processes are carefully controlled to ensure consistent hardness, elasticity and surface properties.

- Each pad is selected or designed according to the product geometry, image size, surface curvature and required contact area. The correct pad structure enables clean ink pick-up and release, minimizes image distortion, maintains accurate print positioning and provides a longer service life under production conditions.

Clichés – The foundation of image definition

- The cliché directly determines image reproduction and the volume of ink transferred to the silicone pad. Nonagraf carefully controls plate dimensions, artwork positioning, line accuracy and etching depth according to the ink system and specific printing requirements.

- From fine text and technical lines to large printing areas, each cliché is optimized for accurate detail reproduction and controlled ink deposits. Precise depth control helps prevent common defects such as missing details, blurred edges, uneven colour and excessive or insufficient ink transfer. It also improves repeatability when moving from laboratory trials to mass production.

WINON – Durable pad printing machines for industrial production
