A complete web guiding unit with an integrated pneumatic splicing table, for web widths up to 700 mm.
- Splice the new reel without stopping the line: the pneumatic table clamps and joins the web while production continues.
- Installed mid-process, where the web actually needs correcting, not only at the unwind or rewind.
- Supplied complete - frame, controller, sensor, actuator and solenoid valve. Connect power and compressed air and it runs.
- Control accuracy 0.1 mm, response time 2 ms.
- A manual splicing table version is available as a lower-cost alternative.
