Description
The controller at the centre of every EURDOW guiding system. WFC01 takes digital sensor signals, WGC01 takes analog.
- System control accuracy 0.1 mm, response time 2 ms.
- Guiding modes: edge guiding, centre guiding with dual sensors, line guiding, oscillating (sine-wave) guiding and multi-layer guiding.
- Colour display with an English operator interface; live web position, actuator position and system status on one screen.
- RS485 Modbus-RTU for integration with the machine PLC.
- 6 programmable I/O channels, 24 V DC supply.
