A web guiding unit in which the controller is mounted separately from the guiding frame.
- Suits machines with no space on the frame, and lets the operator panel sit at a convenient working height.
- Web widths up to 4000 mm.
- Two frame options: square-tube for maximum rigidity on wide webs, or extruded aluminium for lighter weight.
- Control accuracy 0.1 mm, response time 2 ms.
- Roller diameter, face length and sensor mounting made to the customer's drawing.
